Nana Patekar is no more. The legendary actor and film director has passed away aged 75 after having a cardiac arrest at his house in Dona Paula, Goa. He was found to be unconscious and rushed to the hospital but efforts to resuscitate him continued for nearly 45 minutes. He was declared dead at around 5:20 am.

The shocking demise of the actor comes as a surprise to fans who saw Nana Patekar alive only a few days ago. His last public appearance was on October 4 in Goa, where he talked about life, death and making one’s life count.
