But the much-loved movie 10 Things I Hate About You is back in everyone’s mind once again after Julia Stiles teamed up with old co-stars to pay tribute to Heath Ledger by performing on the popular show Dancing with the Stars. The 10 Things I Hate About You movie was from 1999, but the tribute paid by Stiles reminded people of why Patrick Verona, the character played by Ledger, was so iconic.

On Dancing with the Stars, Stiles performed a contemporary dance along with partner Ezra Sosa to the song “Can’t Take My Eyes Off You” sung by Frankie Valli, who performed the same song with Ledger for Stiles in the 1999 movie 10 Things I Hate About You.

After completing the dance routine, Stiles put a rose on top of the picture of Ledger and then reunited with five other old co-stars Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Gabrielle Union, Larisa Oleynik, Andrew Keegan, and Susan May Pratt.

According to People’s article, Stiles discovered that reliving memories of Ledger had been emotional. He died in 2008 at the age of 28, but even his acting skills resonate with viewers to this day.
